We just can't get enough of the burlap and lace combo ribbons.  

The torn edge muslin just adds so much texture to projects.

So, come to the store and pick up some

MARVELOUS MONDAY

  

Look at the haul that Nita and Grandma Linda got at the Hot Pink Spring Sale!  They had to have boxes to carry it out in!

 First off....al of that paper spread out on the tables is what they purchased. 

They stayed after they made their purchases and made kits from their bargain purchases.

I know Cat enjoyed their visit since we don't get to see them very often.

Check out all of the beautiful ribbons that the FedEx guy brought to the store.  I can't wait to see this in person...might have to buy some of this colorful stuff!

Check out this beautiful layout that Valerie created in memory of her Great Dane that passed away.

 

 On this page of the layout she put some photos of the dog with the rest of the family - with her, with Doyle, and with the other furry members of the family!  Such a wonderful way to remember those beloved furry members of our family.  They are such a part of our lives and it is so hard when they leave us. 

Butch was able to finally get my anti virus stuff updated on my computer this morning.  We had to finally stop the process and start over.  Computers....can't live with them and can't live without them.  LOL!

GETTING READY TO RETREAT

We got more ribbon in last week and Valerie worked hard finding a place for it on the ribbon wall.

While she was making room for the new ribbon, she also straightened up all of the shelves for the retreaters.

In just a few days, we will start seeing a parade of 

LOADED DOWN

 cars heading to Perrin for 

a fun-filled weekend of 

CROPPING FUN.

And, we have loads of baker's twine - sold by the yard, card, or spool.

 

There are all kinds of lace, jute/burlap ribbons, and printed twill.  The white ribbons are wonderful because you can use your inks to color them to match your project!

 

 Ribbon always adds texture to your project - some more than others.  This ribbon adds LOTS oF TEXTURE!

I don't know about you, but I am loving that burlap!  Those striped ribbons are so beautiful on scrapbook pages.  Beautiful new Christmas ribbons and pretty much anything you could possible want.

Are you working on school albums for your kids?

Look at this great collection by Little Yellow Bicycle.  I love those cork stickers---they will add some great texture to your scrapbook page.  Look at that neat round chalkboard paper, it will look great on your pages.
