 NOTICE: CLOSING EARLY (3:15pm) FRIDAY 9/25
Like the setting sun those of us here at Cat's 

want to say our last good byes to our 

scrapbook family member Patrice Trickey. 

Services will be at the 

First United Methodist Church 

at 4pm Friday September 25th. 

 We will be closing the store at 3:15 

in order for all of us to be able to attend.

 Any of you that attended a retreat know that one of

 Patrice's biggest gifts to this store and our family 

was making certain each of you received a goody bag 

that would make a layout or two. 

 She was a special lady to all of us here at Cat's. 

We apologize for any inconvenience to our shoppers.

 Thank you for understanding and honoring our wishes 

to honor the memory of our dear friend.

REST IN PEACE, SWEET PATRICE

It is with great sadness that I tell you we have lost our sweet friend Patrice.

 She has been fighting cancer for over 6 1/2 years and it finally got the best of her. She has been a major player in our store famliy since the begining and will be greatly missed. She always joked that she "came with the store" when Cat bought it.

Well known at the retreats for her bread pudding and for her 

detailed efforts to put together our goodie bags for events. 

She loved making sure everybody got things in their bags

 that would match and make beautiful pages. 

She danced with the Elvis Tribute Artist at the retreats and

 now she is dancing down the streets of heaven with the real Elvis.

We love and miss you

CAT'S SKETCH FEVER

Quick update on Patrice:

Answered prayers:

The doctors discovered that her kidney had a blockage.

 (This was the best of the 4 scenarios.)

She had surgery and they put in a stint.

Prayers are still needed because her

lymph nodes are very swollen and causing

problems with circulation.

 She is hoping to be home by Friday 

and then she will get ready for

her trip to MD Anderson.

Now, back to our regularly scheduled

PRAYERS FOR PATRICE

We met with a purpose--

create an inspirational album for our friend, Patrice Trickey.

She will be heading to MD Anderson soon for a cancer trial 

in hopes of controlling the raging cancer that is riddling her body. 

She was supposed to be here too for hugs & words of encouragement. 

Alas, her body decided otherwise & she was in the hospital.

 We decided to go forward & met anyway. 

Several more have come & gone leaving their well wishes. 

We love you Tink & look forward to having you back home
