WE "HEART" THIS TAG!

 

Check out this beautiful tag/card that Nanci created for

our tag class on Saturday.

She used her favorite BoBunny vintage double dot paper

for the tag holder.

Cupid was die cut, using a Tim Holtz die by Sizzix, from Bazzill cardstock.

We used our Tim Holtz stencils and Distress Inks on each of the

tags that we created in our tag class Saturday.

Nanci used her Tiny Attacher to show us that staples can really

become a design element.

She made them into little x's that look kind of like cross stitches.

Nanci used one of Tim Holtz's stamps by Stamper's Anonymous,

which Cat has in stock at the store.

 

Our new class attendee, Misty, used the bonus arrows

that Nanci gave us to add some fun to her tag/card.

LOVE how her creation turned out!

TAG-TASTIC TAG CLASS!

Yesterday we had another fun tag class.

We had veterans and several newbies in the class.

Lots of inking and using the Tim Holtz stencils.

Our new tag makers did a great job learning the techniques and making the tags!

Joyce was fun, as always, even though she wasn't feeling up to par!

Carol is busily inking her tags.

At the end of class, we had this fabulous tag

 and this tag along with a Christmas card to get us started on our cardmaking.

The morning class starts you off with the Graphic 45 

box altered with Down By the Sea. 

 We will alter the box and the three tags that come with the box. 

 You will get a full 8x8 pad of By the Sea along with all the other supplies 

you need to alter your box and tags.
Student Supplies: Basic Tool Kit, Inks in reds, blues or browns. 

I used Tumbled Glass and Broken China mixed.
Cost: $30 (all supplies included except above mentioned.)

Nanci will be making tags inspired by the By the Sea Collection

 and the new Tim Holtz shell stamps. 

You can also use your remaining 8x8 pad to embellish your tags. 

You will need ALL your inks for that class

& what ever else Nanci comes up with.

Have you attended one of Nanci's tag classes yet?

If not, you are missing a great way to learn how to use all of those Tim Holtz products from Ranger, Stamper's Anonymous, and Sizzix.

We had a a tag class this past Saturday.  This class was different because they only made one tag.  However, check out the tag!   There was too much involved in this tag for them to make more than one tag.

Everyone's hands were TIRED after squeezing Glossy Accents onto all of those reindeer!

Plus you had to put Stickles on many different elements.

The tag itself is inked with distress inks and embossed with an embossing folder and then inked some more.  Put all of these elements together and you have a BEAUTIFUL tag.

The next tag class will be on April 12 and the cost is $18.
