SNEAK PEEKS

Are you ready for some peeks at the new store?
There is a window where you can
look down memory lane.
Major upgrade in the restrooms!
This is the vanity and sink in the
"Tim Holtz" restroom.
Cat has said that she is taking down the first
person who cleans a paintbrush in this beauty!
We actually have a sink in the crop area to use
and it is more convenient too!
Check out the "Dyan Reaveley" restroom.
Sprays of her brightly colored inks,
whopper jawed frames...
What's not to love!!!???

It is going to be GREAT at the new store!

MIX IT UP MONDAY

Check out all of the beautiful colors of paints that are now in stock at the store.
These are Dina Wakely's paints for mixed media.
Of course, you need paint brushes to go with all of that new paint!
These brushes have long handles and make you feel oh so artistic!  LOL!
The bird stamps have already sold out, but you can always ask Cat to order a set for you.
Stencils play an important role in mixed media and
Cat's has a huge assortment.  And that assortment has grown even more!
Check out all of these amazing stencils.  They were very popular
this past weekend during the mixed media mini retreat,
but there were some still left when it was over.

Look at all of these fun designs!
Beautiful stencils that will be so much fun to use on your project!
Feeling a little "dylusional"?
Cat has a new supply of the very popular Dylusions spray inks.
These inks have very intense colors and are great for art journals!
Dylusions stamps to o with those spray inks.
All kinds of funky designs that Dyan Reavesly is known for.

Hurry to the store to stock up on all of the mixed media goodies that
are now in stock.  The ladies this weekend had a great
time shopping in all of these goodies.
Get to the store early for the best selection.

MISCELLANEOUS MONDAY

Give Cat some free time and look what she creates!
She made this really cute canvas to hang at the store.
Ray cut the letters out on the laser and Cat used
texture paste,
Dyan Reaveley Dylusions paints,
Distress Paints and
a little ribbon and flowers
to create this great canvas for the store.
Her creativity never ceases to amaze me!

Ann is a huge Dyan Reaveley fan,
so she was thrilled to get to meet and
have her picture made with Dyan at The Collins Show.

Dyan also shared some of her techniques with Ann.

Cat learned this new technique at the show:
If you have alcohol inks and clear buttons...
you can create whatever color of buttons you need!
I love learning new ways to use things I already have!
The October tag class is this Saturday,
October 11th, at 1:00 p.m.
Don't miss out on these wonderful,
technique driven classes.
