and has created some fabulous layouts for

the Costume Crop on Halloween.

Love the cut out webbing across the top of this layout.

These will look great with photos

of everyone in their costumes.

I love how she has the photos angled

over the photo mats.

Halloween Crop

on Saturday, October 31,

 complete with a costume contest and a 

GHOST WALK!
 

The Ghost Walk people are doing one that night.

 It starts at The Baker and goes 10 blocks 

winding thru town giving the history of the buildings

 and the past in Mineral Wells. 

Cost for the Ghost Walk is $15

 and it lasts about 1 hour and 45 minutes.

 This part of the day is optional. 

Those that want to do this can all trek over

 and go for it--Cat is!

 She love ghosts and history!!

 Be sure to bring your favorite ghoul dish to share 

and we will Trick or Treat all day with the Ghosts!

Halloween to Thanksgiving Fall Wreath Class

Thursday, October 2nd, 6-8:00 p.m.

Ever wish you could use those gorgeous wreaths you buy for more than a month?
Well you CAN with this one. 

The wreath base will make it through TWO holidays 

with a simple change of parts and pieces.  

For Halloween there is the witch hat, skirt bottom, legs and shoes.  

When these are removed, simply add your 

pumpkins, burlap and family initial

and you will go through Thanksgiving.

Learn to make a modified cone mesh wreath and add your 

special pieces for a gorgeous decoration for your door for months.  

We will have everything pre-cut for you
so get ready to paint, roll, pinch and twist. 
Cost: $50 (this is a LARGE wreath) all supplies included and pre-cut.

Student Supplies: Basic Tool Kit & paintbrushes.

 Mixed Media/Altered Art In House Retreat
Oct 17-19 

It will be a weekend of messiness and creativity! 

We will be at the store from
10am-MN Friday; 9am-MN Saturday and 9am-2pm Sunday. 

It will be all about mixed media and altered art 

as we share our creativity and techniques with each other.

This event is now wait list only.

  $50 Fee for the weekend.

Meals and lodging on your own.

thru Monday (August 18th) afternoon at 3pm

Or, you can come on Saturday (August 16th)  thru Sunday (August 17th) 
if you can't stay the entire time.

that was postponed from last week due to the ice storm.

 We will have all kinds of mini-classes going on, 

kits to go with instructions,

 product to purchase so you can make more when you get home, 

snacks and a TON of inspiration to get you into the Christmas Spirit.
In an effort to help you regain your sanity after being iced in
 we are offering you a 25% discount on all product purchases 
this Saturday as well. Yes, that is store wide with no exclusions.  
You know you want it,

Want to make this adorable fluffy tree? We have a limited number of bases available for purchase. Add your tulle and decorate the tree for an adorable centerpiece. 
Cost:  $8 plus cost of ribbons or tulle   
All you need are your scissors and this is a perfect in front of the TV project 

Everyone loves snowflakes and these are definitely one of a kind. Make one at the store and then you will be making them for your whole house. I just love these.
Cost for these is $8.50 each and you will need your trimmer, scissors and adhesive.

Planning on making some of those great gifts in a jar for people this year? Why not make a saggy baggy to hold that jar in style. We have these in canvas and burlap. Decorate however you wish and make it your own.
Cost for this project is $7.50.  Tools needed depend on how you decide to embellish it.  Scissors and adhesives for sure.

Nanci will be teaching her beautiful NOEL Banner class
beginning at 1:00 p.m.. 
This one is more involved as she will be teaching you techniques on inking also. If you want to take this class we need a heads up registration call so we can have it all cut out for you.
Cost is $25 and you will need your TH product from Tag classes

Here is another banner that uses wood circles cut from a tree. (Thanks Cat Daddy Ray!) This one is an easy one to take home and complete. Just stamp on your wood circles before you leave.
Cost for this project is $15.    All you need are adhesives, scissors, stickles, and a red marker.

Make your whole house smell like Christmas with this Pennant made from canvas and cinnamon sticks. You can personalize it any way you want.  

I used old buttons and ribbon to decorate my tree.
Cost:  $15  All you need are adhesives and scissors

Use a tin, old Christmas cards, left over stickers and paper, ribbons, buttons, etc. to make a beautiful ornament to treasure. Sharon made these with what she had laying around in her Christmas section.

These would also make great gifts for neighbors, teachers, etc.
$1 for the tin plus whatever papers you use  (designed to use up stash).  Bring your scraps to use up.

We have a couple of kits left of this Christmas Gift Album that is pre-cut (thank you Rayz Lazer) and ready to assemble.

 We also have a couple of the Dear Santa Albums from Bo Bunny available for purchase also. Great gift ideas. . .

We will also be doing this cute Christmas card to show you how to, stamp, emboss & die cut.

We have so many things to keep you busy on Saturday that you won't want to leave. We will also have snacks and Christmas music.  I even have a couple of other ideas that will be offered if I get them finished. Don't want you to get bored!!!  Plus, save 25% on product store wide!

The mall will also be hosting a Christmas Craft Bazaar out in the hallway.  There will be lots of goodies and gifts for you to purchase there as well.

I really love this Santa reading the letter and the border stamp.  

There is so much to love about this stamp set...the bird on his hat, the border, and the cute tree.  WOW!

Love this vintage truck filled with the tree and gifts.  It would make a great Christmas card!

This fall leaf background stamp is GREAT!

I had to have this pumpkin stamp.  I love the flourishes on the pumpkins!  I'm thinking about using the ultra fine glitter ritz and my copic markers on this one.

The anniversary retreat starts

N O W!!!!!!

With the cooler temperatures (always welcome in August!), we will

enjoy dining on the patio and enjoying the view!

Some may lounge around the pool, if it isn't too cool!!!! 

 Don't forget to bring your own towels for the pool!

There will be lots of new product, aka elephant dung, at the retreat.  

There is also new product at the store. 

New encrusted jewel kits in Christmas colors have arrived from Stampendous!  

The ever-popular mica fragments have been re-stocked.  I love this product and the effect it gives any project you use it on.

ADORABLE House Mouse stamps are at the store and ready to adorn any project.  This one is absolutely ADORABLE!!!!!  I'm having a hard time restraining myself from buying them ALL!
