SUNDAY'S TAG-TASTIC INSPIRATION

We had a tag-tastic time  making tags with Nanci at the store on Saturday.  Look at this cool wreath that she picked up at Canton on which she plans to display her tags!  These are the tags that were our inspiration, and Nanci taught another amazing class.  Look at the honeycomb hearts that we made using some honeycomb paper that Nanci had in her stash.  WOW....really cool!  Cat is on the hunt for some of that for the store.
These are Karen Jackson's tags--still a work-in-progress--and beautiful!  Everyone really enjoyed making the rosettes and placed orders for the rosette dies if they did not already own them.
These are my tags, using the vintage Valentine images that Nanci gave us.  We were all surprised that the cupid on my tag ended up looking so much like Nanci's even though I used totally different materials.  She used a pink stickles, but I didn't have pink and used my handy dandy gelatos to color the cupid pink.  To add the glitter, I used the icicle stickles, which then gave the cupid the same gold tint as Nanci's cupid.  LOVED how that all came about.

I didn't get photographs of the other tags made by the rest of the class, but they were spectacular!  If you are sorry you missed out on this class, the next one will be February 9th.  Call the store to reserve your spot so that you can make some Easter/Spring themed tags.  We are having a blast and would love for you to join us.
