One of the fun things about Cat's retreats happens before the retreat even begins.  Our own Vickie Robbins does a countdown on Facebook, counting down the days until the retreat.  Very clever girl!  I thought I would share this years' countdown thus far for those who don't do Facebook and those who might have missed them.

There are 21 days till NSD Retreat and I'm getting ready! This years theme is "Flamingo Funnies" so I thought that I would share some scrapbook funnies that I have read. So grab your flamingos and get ready for the retreat.  If you're not signed up then do it because friends don't let friends crop alone.

20 days till NSD Retreat. Scrapbooking: The art of spending $50 to showcase a $1.50 photo.  Don't forget your money for "Elephant Dung" LOL

19 days till NSD Retreat!! There's no such thing as too many scrapbook supplies. That is just a rumor made up by husbands! LOL

18 days till NSD retreat!! You know true multi-tasking is scrapbooking and talking while using scissors and a die-cut machine.

17 days till NSD Retreat!! Scrapbookers give crop circles a whole other meaning

16 days till NSD Retreat!! She who has the most scrapbook supplies wins! Right now I'm in 1st, 2nd and 3rd!! (FYI this is not about me!) LOL!! 

15 days till NSD Retreat!! Scrapbooking fills my days not to mention my living room, dining room, bedroom and closet! LOL

14 days till NSD Retreat!! My husband said it was him or scrapbooking, I'm really going to miss him! LOL

13 days till NSD Retreat!! Be nice to a scrapbooker or she will punch your eyelets out!

12 days till NSD Retreat!! If it's not in the scrapbook then it didn't happen!

11 days till NSD Retreat!! Yes there is a difference in 12x12, 8x8, 6x6, and yes I do need two of every size in every color!! This is me! LOL

 10 days till NSD Retreat!! Reason # 10 to attend a retreat: When you are out of ideas of what to do with your layout, half a dozen people will instantly come up with several fantastic ideas!

9 days till NSD Retreat!! Reason # 9 to attend a retreat: Someone is bound to have a new "scraparatus" for you to try out!

I wonder what the next 8 reasons are.....Guess we will just have to wait to find out!
